Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to remove Box Breaker Global's access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts and have the related data deleted.

1. Remove our access

On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find BoxBreaker Social Studio and click Remove. This immediately stops us from publishing to or reading from your accounts.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email customercare@boxbreakerglobal.com with the subject “Social data deletion request” and the name of your business or Page. You can also ask your account manager directly.

What we delete

Within 30 days we delete the stored access tokens, the list of connected Pages and Instagram accounts, and the post statistics we imported. We will confirm by email once it is done. Invoices and other records we must keep by law are not affected.

Already disconnected in Social Studio?

When an account is disconnected in Social Studio its access token is deleted straight away.
