Information We Collect

Account details (name, company, email, mobile number, country), project files and briefs you upload, and communications within the platform.

How We Use It

To deliver requested services, process payments, communicate project updates, and improve our platform.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with payment processors (Stripe, Paystack) as required to process transactions, and with staff assigned to your project.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Facebook & Instagram Data (Social Studio)

If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account so we can publish content for you, you sign in with Facebook yourself and choose which accounts to share. We never ask for your social media password.

We receive and store: the names and IDs of the Pages and Instagram accounts you select, an access token for each (stored encrypted), the posts we publish on your behalf, and performance statistics for those posts (such as reach, views and engagement). We use this only to schedule and publish the content you approve and to report its results to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the Box Breaker staff assigned to your account.

You can remove our access at any time in Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, or ask us to disconnect. See Data Deletion Instructions to have this data deleted.
