Refund Policy

This policy outlines when refunds may be issued for Box Breaker Global services.

Before Production

Orders that have not yet entered production may be cancelled with a full refund of any amount paid.

During Production

Once production has begun, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated for work already completed.

After Delivery

Completed and approved deliverables are non-refundable, as final files are released only after client approval and payment.
